Cheney's Replacements for Scooter

That name just kills me...Scooter. Anyway, Big Dick just announced that David Addington will be his new Chief of Staff, and John Hannah will be his new National Security Advisor.

No real surprises here, but you should be made aware that Mr. Addington authored the "torture memo" that came out of the White House a few years ago. Basically, it was the document that condoned the use of torture on prisoners, against US and international law, in this righteous war on terror.

As for Mr. Hannah...well, he has enough troubles of his own. He may be the one who helped "create" the intel that led us to war.
