Iranian Oil Bourse nearly ready to open / Bush says "weeks, not months" before sanctions (read: bombs)

The Iranian Oil Bourse is in its final stages, Iran's Fars news agency reported Monday.

According to the Fars report, the board of directors of the International Bourse Co., which is charged with establishing the bourse, will review the final draft of the articles of association of the Iranian bourse this week.

“We've given the Iranians a limited period of time -- weeks, not months -- to digest a proposal to move forward,” Bush said. “And if they choose not to verifiably suspend their program, then there will be action taken in the U.N. Security Council.”
