Heightened activity at North Korean nuclear plant

New satellite photographs show intensified activity at a North Korean nuclear plant suspected of producing weapons-grade plutonium, Yonhap news agency said Sunday.

The Yongbyon site is at the center of a standoff over the Stalinist state's nuclear ambitions because its five-megawatt reactor is suspected of producing plutonium for nuclear weapons.
